Refund Policy

FitDrip connects clients with fashion consultants for paid styling consultations. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued. Payments are processed by Stripe; the platform retains a 20% service fee on completed consultations.

Before a consultant accepts

When you book, your payment is collected and held. A consultant has a limited window to accept your request. If the consultant declines, or does not respond in time, you are automatically refunded in full — including the service fee.

After delivery

Once a consultation is delivered, you have 7 days to request a refund if the work was not as described or was not delivered as promised. Approved refunds are returned in full to your original payment method. If the consultant fails to deliver within their stated turnaround, the booking is cancelled and refunded automatically.

Tips

Tips are voluntary and sent directly to consultants. Tips are non-refundable except where required by law.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If a consultant had already been paid out, the platform reverses that payout as part of the refund.
